Rcmd towson11/25/2023 ![]() Assist in developing prospect marketing plans, advertising, prospecting, data base research, market research, sales calls, etc.Occasionally engages in assigned project not limited but includes marketing plans, sales, promotions, associated organization involvement, networking etc.Regularly ensures that all bonds are closed, updated, and filed on a timely basis.Periodically review of documents for accuracy prior to customer delivery perform periodic quality control of Client Managers and the client files.Manage the client cycle and monitor time frames and bond/program deadlines through Client Managers.Assesses client needs and questions and reviews options with clients, making sound recommendations on a day-today basis.Understands and guide clients through the initial surety underwriting process & submission to the marketplace.Demonstrate thorough understanding of surety markets, preferences, underwriting requirements and practices.Demonstrate thorough understanding of client businesses, their policies, practices, and industries and their Surety program.Retain and develop accounts by maintaining highest level of client service & communication.Comply with all PAR, legal and regulatory requirements.Ensures legislative, regulatory and technical developments are appropriately communicated to clients.Participate in any special projects at management’s request.Maintain client files on our client management system, utilize Tinubu(SurePath) and EPIC to perform all bond transactions.Attend company sponsored seminar and educational activities necessary to maintain product knowledge and underwriting expertise. ![]() Keep informed of all new sales & surety market programs. ![]()
